No matter how it turns out, it looks like The Matrix 4 might be an interesting addition to the trilogy. I love how they can surimpose scenes from the past Matrix trilogy like that.
People are talking about a Matrix withing a Matrix. What if the previous films were actually a simulation inside the matrix...? There's new shots of Neo waking up "in the real world". We'll see...
This might turn out better than the previous sequels. Seriously.
People are crying "where's the green color grading" (which, honestly, was added to the original film through later re-releases to be honest..). But I like this match the weird sunny world left at the end of The Matrix Revolutions. And I was a bit put off by the John Wick-styled Keanu from this new film, but we get somes glimpses to the real outside world in this trailer as well...

Let's admit it, Warner Bros. just really wanted to make another pop culture-filled Ready Player One CGi fest... with real outdated pop culture-references..
This is a very weird marketing.. and movie. People wanted to see the movie as long as it was just a rumor for decades. But with each new preview people are less and less interested in it.
By now it just looks like cringe in physical form...
But it's also pretty nice to see it directly on film like that.
