#GamesCom17 FINAL FANTASY XV POCKET EDITION

FFXV is a divise game even among the most hardcore fans. I actually found it fun and enjoyable but I can see how it would detract longtime RPG fans of FFV, VI, VII, etc. But I do enjoy the throwbacks to the formula of the original Final Fantasy game way back in FF1!

Maybe it's just the hyper-realistic world of XV that throws people off? Well, good thing Square Enix just announced a superdeformed chibi take on XV, aka FINAL FANTASY XV POCKET EDITION.

It will be released exclusively for iOS and Android like some of their recent retro remakes. (And I could picture a Switch of Steam release later, if you ask me..). You can now take on the adventures of Noctis and his bros on the road all cute-like!

It's going to be a 10-episode adventure, the first one is available for free:

It kinda looks like a fanmade demake mockup from a while ago, only now it's official:

#Anime NEWS! Attack on Titans: Junior High (Shingeki! Kyojin Chuugakkou)

There's a law that says: "Every popular anime must have a school or a chibi spinoff."

Well, it seems Attack on Titans is getting both, in the form of Shingeki! Kyojin Chuugakkou ("Junior High"):

And people still call this a serious adult "seinen" franchise... ha!

VGR PoP Fallen King

Sometimes simply called "Prince of Persia" in some countries, without the subtitle like the 2008 reboot.
The Fallen King is a brand new episode in the PoP franchise.
Released around the same time, it is actually a sequel to the Tree of Life story. Taking place even further in the story, right after the Epilogue. (which was published even a year after down the line and bridging both games)

You probably know my love for "chibi" episodes in series, I had to get this one day-one!
How did it fare, and was it a worthy entry in the long running Prince of Persia series?

VGR The Splatter Action

Since I just got the new Splatterhouse game today (boy that's a heckuva lot Splatterhouse-related posts lately!),  I decided to surprise you guys with this little "unexpected" review.

It may not be part of Namco's Splatterhouse series, but it is in its own rights something worth mentioning for any fans of the serie (that is, me!).

Let's dig in.... The Splatter Action!!

VGR Splatterhouse: Wanpaku Graffiti

In anticipation for the release of the brand new long-awaited Splatterhouse sequel, I propose you guys and gals a review today of one of the lesser known episodes of this slasher horror videogame series!

The new episode, after changing development team 2-3 times already, will finally be launched on November 23, 2010 (if you live in America that is... which I don't - surprise! for those who didn't knew that) and later this month for Europe and Asia, depending which country you live on.
