Holy f****ng shit! Wasn't expecting THIS!!
Duke Nukem 3D: 20th Anniversary Edition World Tour is brand new re-release of the classic original Duke Nukem 3D, which I adore! And it will include a brand new 8-level chapter designed by the original team behind Duke AND include the same returning composer AND voice actor!! And it will even allow the "younguns" to toggle the hi-def pack Gearbox added to the game. How perfect is that!?!?

ComicPageOfTheWeekend: Hail to the King, damn straight!
Like I wrote in my review, not only was this comic much better than Forever but this page, a favorite of mine, proved you could write a much better decent Duke too:

CBR Duke Nukem: Glorious Bastard
You know, Duke Nukem Forever didn't ruin my love for the Duke. One crappy game didn't cancel an entire frankly fun series.
Did you know the best thing to have come out of this 20+ years trainwreck was a comic book?
Don't miss out my previous Duke Nukem/3D Realms/Remedy-related reviews!

#Blog - Tec Toy Sega!
I just received some swag today!
A couple of fun oddities. Two Brazil-exclusive Sega/Tec Toy titles. The exclusive Duke Nukem port for the Megadrive/Genesis, and the MS port of Earthworm Jim.
They're not exactly considered good games, but I like 'em! It's fun having them nonetheless!
Sent from Brazil by a buddy of mine I having keeping a lookout for obscure little gems like these.

VGR Duke Nukem Manhattan Project
You thought me finished with the Duke Nukem franchise? Why, I have merely been playing through Manhattan Project for quite some time now.
And unlike a certain "Forever", it is quite a long title and the only modern worthy successor to the Duke Nukem series. At least, more so than what Duke Nukem Forver turned out to be...

VGR Duke Nukem Forever
If someone took forever to make a cookie - the perfect cookie - no matter the ingredients or the intentions behind, it would taste disgusting. The eggs would turn out rotten, the sugar out-of-date, the chocolate spoilt. Made from expired products chances are it wouldn't be as good as it could if it was simply done on the moment.
Duke Nukem Forever is the longest rumored vaporware to have actually been released. It has been on development for the past 15 years, sometimes in and out of development hell.

Gamin' NEWS! Duke Nukem Forever - The Doctor Who Cloned Me DLC Trailer
And here's a trailer for Duke Nukem Forever's upcoming DLC episode:
"The Doctor Who Cloned Me" looks actually like a pretty much better self-contained design episode than the levels the "real game" offered.
I just up for well thought levels, a bit more open and less linear, with secrets and all and I'm sold! No matter how much I liked or hated the actual DNF game~
It is available for PSN and Xbox Live for $9.99 or 800 MS points.
I specially looking for this since it's bringing back Duke's classic villain, Dr. Proton!

Music - Duke Nukem Jam
Here's a guy jamming on a Duke Nukem song (and making a kickass music video out of it):

VGR Duke Nuclear Winter
While you guys wait for my own review of Duke Nukem Forever, which I haven't finished yet and want to explore in detail in a future review properly, here's another Duke Nukem 3D expansion!
This one is the last of the proper new episodes released for the game as add-ons.
Other add-ons were released (officially or not) but those were just map packs. (like Duke Xtreme to name one)

Blog - upcoming reviews planned
Hey gals 'n' guys.
Thought I'd take a moment today to tell ya some of the upcoming reviews I have planned for the blog.
First of all, I have more Prince of Persia reviews coming up. Amongst them; an handheld game, a comic, a movie and some "quickies".
Then again, more Duke Nukem. I'm playing through the ~15 years in the making sequel Duke Nukem Forever.
I started playing it before the bad reviews started raining. So I'm making my own opinion, as a fan who just recently played all the previous episodes.
(let's just say, I never expected great with such a consulted development.. and I smell some Gearbox-age over the game 3D Realms had almost finished last year..)
And I intend to review some of the other Duke games in the meantime.
Finally, comics.
Some more Ambush Bug coming up. And the Martian Manhunter probably. Nothing's really set in stone, I'll see what I want to do next first.
And that is all for now~
See ya around!

A game that has been in development FOREVER
Finally! The Duke is back!
I was finally able to get my copy of Duke Nukem Forever.
Only ~15 year of waiting this one, no kiddin'! XD
Seriously though, I did got myself the collector "Balls of Steel" Edition. It wasn't much more expensive than the regular edition, no way I could skip on this one.

VGR Duke it out in D.C.
With Duke Nukem 3D's success, expansions were inevitable.
This add-on is Sunstorm Interactive's first expansion to Duke 3D.

blog - Duke Nukem Forever
WOO-OoooOOoW!
Duke Nukem Forever is finally out! I mean depending where you live.
THE GAME EXISTS FINALLY!!
A game 2 decades in the making! XD
I've seen the game in a gaming store 'round here :P
'didn't had enough money, so I asked them to keep a copy of the Kollector* for me.
*sorry for the 'K'. I must have played too much Mortal Kombat lately...

VGR Duke Caribbean
With Duke Nukem 3D's success, expansions were inevitable. (not too shy of being the first game to have done lots of things as seen in its review, probably making all these some of the earliest form of expansions PC games have known as well)
This add-on is actually the 2nd developed by Sunstorm Interactive.
And it takes Duke (and the player) to a much needed change of settings.
E3 NEWS! Trailers
With the E3 convention on, I thought it was best to start sharing some of the new (upcoming) games trailers.
FPS, platformers, beat 'em alls, fighting games, we got 'em all!
From sequels to adaptations...it seems original titles are making scarce with the time..

VGR Duke Nukem 3D
Long before sequels started using "3D" as numbering sequence for third installments, when the actual 3D used to stand for graphics and not reliefs and when it was still a pretty new thing in gaming..... came the King of all shooters, DUKE NUKEM! (that's what she said!)
If Doom & Wolfenstein 3D are the grandfathers of the genre, Duke sure is the undisputed King to the title.
After two simple Dos sidescroller (as seen in Duke Nukem and Duke Nukem 2), Apogee, by then 3D Realms, came back with an all-new Duke using a completely different engine, with new gameplay mechanics yet still pretty similar to its predecessors at heart.
The rest is now history...
