#GamingNEWS TRANSFORMERS BATTLEGROUNDS - Teaser Trailer - PS4 / Xbox1 / Switch / PC
There’s a new Transformers game coming up as well! And it's a rather oldschool-looking one at that!
Not entirely sold on the perspective, though... I'd rather a new 3rd person War of Cybertron-like game.. Looks... mobile phones-ysh.
Transformers: Battlegrounds is coming for Xbox One, PS4, Switch, and PC on October 23.

#FightingNEWS Dragon Ball FighterZ - Season 3 Trailer - PS4/XB1/PC/SWITCH
Season 3 of Dragon Ball FighterZ begins on 26 February! And it promises a lot of changes to the core gameplay... but also some sweet new faces!
First up - yet another Goku! Ultra Instinct Goku! I'm kinda... mixed on this. He looks awesome... but.. you know.. another Goku. And second, we will get Kefla! The awesome saiyan fusion from DBS's final arc! LOVE IT! LOVE THEM! Loved the little bit with Caulifla and Kale. I kinda wish we also get them separated, to be honest.

#FightinggamesNEWS SOULCALIBUR VI - Hilde Character Reveal Trailer | PS4, Xbox One, PC
Great news, everyone! My SOULCALIBUR waifu Hilde is coming to SCVI's 2nd season of DLC!
I admit, I'm not sold on her new default look. But that's why you can customize characters. No release date announced so far...

#FightingNEWS One Punch Man: A Hero Nobody Knows Official Characters Trailer - Gamescom 2019
"One Punch Man: A Hero Nobody Knows"! This looks like a fun yet weird fighting game. They actually tried to keep Saitama's indestructible strenght in a fighter. How do you balance that? By simply making Saitama arrive late in fights! Heck they even kept his one-punch ability! Check this out:
The roster seems bigger and better than Kill la Kill IF at least.
Mmmh.. Fubuki and Tatsumaki...

#AprilsFool 2019 recap
Not a lot of great funny April's Fool, this year. At least I haven't seen any remarkable ones.
Aside from...
A fun SHAZAM! teaser trolling AQUAMAN fans:
A fanmade fake Splatoon spinoff. A great well-made "Splatoon Island" DLC campaign, that had so much work put into it it actually seems realistic. Fantastically put together by Mike Inel:
I'd buy that!
And the Tekken team announcing a fake new DLC, HARADA himself!!!
I know this is supposedly a fun goofy joke... but I could totally see this as real DLC. I'm sure fans (myself included) would love it. And, hey, it's not a goofier guest than, say, Negan or Noctis!
You win this year Tekken. And I only find the fan-made Splatoon one better by a small margin because the Tekken crew didn't make a video and just some fake screenshots.

A new champion is about to enter the King of Iron Fist Tournament! By popular demand, #TEKKEN 7’s very own Director @Harada_TEKKEN will step into the ring for some epic showdowns. Can you guess who he will side with in the war to settle the Mishima feud?— Katsuhiro Harada (@Harada_TEKKEN) April 1, 2019

#FightingNEWS TEKKEN7DLC8&DLC9
Today's released the new long-awaited DLCs for Tekken 7! The fan-favorite Julia Chang! And... Neagan. From The Walking Dead (TV show). It's super random, but I can't wait to try them on!

#FightingNEWS TEKKEN 7 - Armor King, Craig Marduk, Julia Chang & Negan REVEAL TRAILER! (60ᶠᵖˢ/1080ᵖ)
Lots of TEKKEN 7 news! Courtesy from the 2018 TEKKEN World Tour Finals in Amsterdam!
Harada & co just revealed the rest of the DLC roster for this Season 2 pack. As well as some gameplay videos and the introduction of the most random guest character since manga Gon back in the original Tekken 3! NEGAN from the friggin' WALKING DEAD!!!... Just... check it out:
The big surprise is that Armor King and Craig Marduk immediately became available, as of the 3. December.
Harada does whatever Harada wanna do. Even if it includes putting his favorite character from another video game or a TV show...! I guess!

#FightingNEWS SOULCALIBUR VI - 2B Character Reveal Trailer | PS4, X1, PC
I had been wishing to see NiER Automata's 2B get added to Tekken 7, mostly because Harada said he wanted to add characters from games he liked last year as DLC, hence Noctis. But this is a pretty good alternative.
2B was just announced as an upcoming DLC character for SOULCALIBUR VI, she will be the 2nd added character to this first season pass (along the controversial Beta-playable Tira..). And despite her futuristic nature, she really seems to fit well the game (at least better than Star Wars characters, if you ask me..).
The only problem is... me and a ton of others had already made her via the custom creation system. Oh well!...
She looks beautiful! Can we simply add her to every fighting game from now on? SNK Heroines, DOA, etc.?

#FightingNEWS at EVO'18
Some great news came out at EVO regarding some of my current favorite fighting games!
First up, after all this time TEKKEN 7's finally getting some new characters! Including 2 classic characters, 1 guest and 3 new faces later on. Here's the Season Pass 2 Reveal featuring.... the very random addition of Negan from AMCs The Walking Dead!
With Harada you never know what to expect... but you can always guess what he's currently into. He used to love the manga Gon back in the 90s, and was totally into Final Fantasy XV last year. Looks like he loves The Walking Dead series...
Street Fighter V randomly got two new characters today, after Ono's surprise playful announcement at the event, newcomer "G" and old school Sagat!
And since Base Goku & Vegeta are joining Dragon Ball FighterZ this Wednesday, August 8th, they also announced the arrival of the new character, Frieza's own non-canon brother, Cooler!

#AnimeNEWS DRAGON BALL SUPER - NEW MOVIE TEASER [HD]
In case you haven't been following, the current Dragon Ball revival series, Dragon Ball Super, is coming to an end. At least, on hiatus. But the series' not over! Toei isn't going to end Drtagon Ball any time soon, since the show's more popular than ever!
While the anime gets a break, the manga is going to continue past new horizons.
Oh, and there's an upcoming animated film coming to the big screens worldwide at the end of the year!
So far this picture was the only teaser we had. It showed a new art style direction for animated Dragon Ball. With the anime going into the expert hands of the people, animators and directors, behind the One Piece anime and films. Slightly simpler style to animated while keeping the basic designs. Brighter and more colorful art.
Then a little preview showed what SSJ Goku will look like:
And finally they just released a short teaser trailer!!
I can see the One Piece bouncy animation already! I dig it!
Also, despite being glimpsed here, the plot might be super-apparent (pun intended). The film will apparently finally revolve around the Saiyajin race! You can see quick shots of some sort of saiyan enemy in this teaser.
Fans have been expecting either a story in the past history of saiyans, which has been teased by Toriyama over countless interviews and guide books over the years. Or a story taking place in the alternate universe where saiyans are good guys, in Super. But I expect Goku and Vegeta finding out more of their race in one way or another, and then a conflict of interest for the surviving (and Prince of) saiyans we know and love!
The film is expected for 14 December in Japan. An original story, script, and character designs by Akira Toriyama.
And while we're on the subject, look who's coming to Dragon Ball FighterZ next week as DLCs... more saiyans! (Coincidence?)
Wow! Even the music's pretty good in these teasers! When's the music DLC coming up? I need to get rid of the bland GuiltyGear/BlazeBlue music of the base game quick!!

#GamingNEWS Sonic Dash & PACMAN Heroes - iOS/Android - Classic crossover (Trailer)
This is pretty random and I almost forgot to post it over here...
After teasing the crossover through social media (confusing fans of both franchises these last few weeks), Namco and Sega will be crossing over Sonic and Pacman through their current popular smartphone games the iOS iteration of Pacman and Sonic Dash, respectively. And it's ... unexepcted and random, but a fun idea I think! And I'm glad they're updating the always fun Sonic Dash compared to the more recent Sonic titles (Sonic Forces isn't that good...).
Check out this announcement video:

#GamingNEWS Bardock & Broly join Dragon Ball FighterZ as DLC!
The first upcoming DLC for Dragon Ball FighterZ is.. pretty decent, and exactly as expected! Although I fear for what's coming next instead of fun, original and creative additions...
As they've been long-rumored, the first duo of DLC characters joining the fighting game are Bardock, Son Goku's dad, and Broly, the legendary OC super saiyajin! And I love the fact Bardock's getting a SSJ attack like his recent TV special from a couple of years back.
They say how Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 players will get a free Android 21 while Dragon Ball FighterZ can unlock a new Supreme Kai lobby character & stamp by owning both games!
And the tiny newsbit on the bottom left cornermentions an upcoming DLC adding the original Dragon Ball theme songs in the game - Makafushigi, Cha-La, and Dan Dan from GT (!!). But I'm fairly sure this will remain a Japan-exclusive DLC, sadly...
I can't wait to have Bardock in the game! So I can play with my Goku-not-Goku team of Goku/Bardock/Black!
More female characters next time, please? It's such a sausage-fest right now.. (Gimme Videl! Or DB!Chi Chi! Or Caulifla! Or Goku's mom... etc.)

#FightingNEWS SOUL CALIBUR 6 Announce Trailer!!!
Last week, Soul Calibur 6 was announced for the current gen. Now there's more precision.
It seems to ditch the later-days storyline of the last game and go back to a pseudo-remake of Soul Edge/Blade (or Soul Calibur? Not quite sure so far..). Which simply means they're going back to the original cast of characters, looking younger than ever.
Gameplay-wise they seem to ditch some of the later clunkier mechanics to a simplified play.
Check out a first announcement trailer:
And some gameplay:
There's also a controversial brand new "Reversal Edge-mechanic". Like the game almost auto-playing some counters... weird stuff. I need to try this out to make my mind about it..

#FightingNEWS TEKKEN 7 - Noctis Lucis Caelum Reveal Trailer! (60fps/1080p) ✔️
And in case you thought there could be nothing more random than the TMNT in DC's Injustice 2 game, suddenly Harada announced the new upcoming guest character that would join Akuma from SF and Geese Howard from KOF in TEKKEN 7...
The main protagonist from Final Fantasy XV, Noctis Lucis Caelum!
Hey, Harada said it would be a character from a recent game he loved! (Although part of me wished for 2B from Nier Automata... 2B vs Alisa! A man can dream, right...?)
Noctis' coming to the game Spring 2018.
Since I've been really into FFXV lately.. I cannot wait!!!!

#E3News Dragon Ball Fighter Z Trailer
They announced yet another new DBZ fighting game - but this one caught my attention! Because it uses beautifully-rendered cell shaded graphics not unlike the latest Guilty Gear games.
Check out Dragon Ball Fighter Z, a 2D-3D DBZ fighting game for 2018 from Arc Systems (of course!) and Bandai Namco.
This just looks like the anime! I'm kinda interested now!
