#blog Eyz update of late January 2025

Hello everyone, I hope you are all doing well.

I have been slowing down my use of this blog these past few years, and for a good reason. Most of the similar topics and exchanges, I do on my own discord or other social media.

2022 was a slight improved over the last couple of years, but it ended like crap, to be honest.

Anyways..

As always, I tried to cover several events of the year, but due to a serious lack of finished pics this year I had to fill in the first part of the year with mostly daily sketches.

#Blog #PuppetCombo games (Physical set)

If you ever tried some of Puppet Combo's amazing retro PSX-styled horror titles, I'd recommend giving a look at their store.

Not only do they make a ton of great merch.

But they also have some vintage-styled physical releases of their games.

And they made a fantastic set of their first few games as well as some demos.

Highly recommended if you're a big fan of old school PSX-era survival horror games such as Silent Hill.

#Tribute Sonic Logo Crossover [30º aniversario]

 This is actually fanmade done, but it is so well done!!!

Look at this amazing tribute through Sonic's history, made by the talented VicenticoTD! So good the official Sonic Channel had to mention and leave feedback on! It's on a whole other professionnal level!

I would love if a proper anniversary title or something got this animation at the start!

#SEGAnews Alex Kidd in Miracle World DX - PS4, PS5, Switch, Xbox - Trailer - Retail [Signature Edition Games]

The Kidd is back!

This year wasn't #GOSEGA enough for me. (Sure, we're still waiting for a new Sonic announcement as well, but..) All we were missing is the return of Alex Kidd! Aside from a couple of cameos I'm not even counting, we didn't had a new Alex Kidd game since.. 1990!! (Shinobi World)

This expanded remake, which will allow to use retro visuals as well as additional expansive stages from the base original levels looks GREAT!! And it started as a "simple" fanmade enhancement.. so in a way, think of it as Alex Kidd Mania:

I can't wait!!! Look at how nice it looks! I loved the reimagined jankenpo-sequences!

Alex Kidd in Miracle World DX is expected for this summer! And you can already pre-order it at signatureeditiongames.
