Neil Gaiman's
Sandman (what?? NOOOOOOOooooo! not this hack again! why is Warner Bros having him do every single DC film??) which
Robin I mean
Joseph Gordon-Levitt will direct and star as the eponymous Morpheus.
Yikes.
Did you know for a very long time the film almost happened back in the mid-1990s, pitched by Gaiman himself to the studios with some help from writer/artist
Jill Thompson who already had some connections thanks to her work on stage, film and TV....?
