Comic NEWS! Upcoming January DC Comics

Hey gang!
Here's a little neat thing I found out, thanks to DC's blog~

In January, next year, DC Comics will have some focused comic book issues stating the current status quo and exploring many of their characters...

To present the current state of the DCUniverse (with all the changes like Bruce Wayne back, in-brightest day storylines, etc..)
To celebrate this, most of their comics will have a slighty different unusual cover. Simply put, a blank page, the character's logo and an iconic pose over it.
Simple, effective, nice.

Also, they will release some one shots for characters who don't currently have a (team) book to appear on. Like a Shazam one shot, a Steel one, etc..

Strangely missing from the bunch is Wonder Woman. But I guess DC simply didn't show it yet...
OR she wont have a special themed issue.
And what costume should she using on an iconic modern DC cover? The new one despite fanboys rants who would critize/hate it? Or the old one and haters would comment on the fact DC doesn't have the balls to keep it/use it?

I personally love the idea!
Most of them look pretty cool!
Some sort of bad, I admit... (the JLA...looks sort of bad compared to most of them... :/)
Also Batman/Bruce Wayne appears one 2 covers for his two on-going comics and Batman/Dick Grayson on 2 as well (+the JLA one)

I'm glad I don't buy comics in issues! Or I would be ruined!! :/

Also looks like a new series will be starting, Weird World, starring DCU's monsters and weird creatures (like Lobo!).
