So Tiny Fey new series Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt has been (entirely) released on Netflix instead of NBC as originally planned. And I'm kinda glad they went this way because 1) NBC would have canceled it after one season, I'm sure. and 2) We can watch episode after episode without forced schedule.
Apart from the great comedic timing and the always lovely Ellie Kemper, I've been really enjoying the 30 Rock-esque musical score. And the amazing catchy theme song composed by the guys at schmoyoho. That's right, the opening theme was provided by the youtubers behind the great "Songify This" songs. Check out the official intro:
You might recognize comedian Mike Britt as the neighbor guy the fake News TV's interviewing there! It's hilarious to see him during every episode intro (despite not being cast on the show).
