Tate Multimedia is bringing back Kao the friggin' Kangaroo!!! I never expected this one! Between the awesome modern indie platformers (Hat in Time, Yooka Laylee..) and the resurgence of the classic mascot platformers through the recent remakes (Crash, Spyro, even Ty the Tasmanian Tiger!!), it seems the genre is alive and reborn again. I mean, one of the upcoming launch titles of the PS5 is another Ratchet and Clank!!
And now we have a reboot (remake?) of Kao the Kangaroo!

It looks really nice so far.
I hope the original gameplay is intact. Because this game had one of the most random/hilarious water segments: Kao would have his neck strech.. because... uh... kangaroos?
They better keep this in the new game! Revamp the entire world of Kao. The platform. Revamp the boxing element into the actual combat. BUT KEEP THE NECK-DIVING!!!
