The Looney Tunes Show - Recap!

So the new Looney Tunes Show started.
How is it so far?

It's good!
There I said it! It's really good.

I know there's already some hate for it around the interwebz, but honestly in this day and age, what doesn't get some?
Let those haters be, they're probably not even fans nor the audience for this cartoon, they wouldn't watch a cartoon, for starters.

It's probably the best Looney Tunes related cartoon I've seen recently!
I remember back in the early 90s when I was a kid, there were lots of good new Looney Tunes material.
Yes, new is the keyword here, people complaining it isn't the same as the classic 40s/50s animated shorts don't even realize they're talking about "really old" classic made-for-theater classic animation while missing the ton of others Looney Tunes/Merry Melodies that followed from the 70s Hannah Barbera cartoon revivals, to the "live" movies like Space Jam and Back In Action in modern days.

Like I was saying, in the 90s there were a lot of good Looney Tunes cartoons, like Taz-mania, Tiny Toon Adventures, Animaniacs (I'm counting them as well!) or later Sylvester & Tweety Mysteries.
Then...nothing for a while... (apart the previously mentioned live movies)
Some new animated shorts were prepared but quickly cancelled (and found their way either on DVDs or filesharing websites)

Duck Dodgers was the last (very) good Looney Tunes-related project. A sort of "spinoff" based on the old
"Duck Dodgers in the 24½th Century"-short. It was a very funny retro-futurist cartoon full of cameos, Tom Jones and good humour.

Then the Looney Tunes passed through very bad Baby Looney Tunes, a (dumbed down) show for kiddies and Loonatics Unleashed for hip manga-induced angry kidz.

So, the question now; How's TLTS compared to all that, what came before and the latest variations of the concept?
It's good. Reminds me of good 90s Cartoon Network cartoons.
I'm a big fan of the Looney Tunes, and as a fan I gotta say I'm both pleased and surprised by what they've kept, what they've changed and what they've adapted/evolved.
Daffy's still Daffy, albeit closer to his original stupid/crazy-self. Bugs' still Bugs.
Their proportions are a bit super deformed, compared to their classic self, but it really grew on me overtime.
The show will try to feature all of 'em, both old and new Toons. (still crossing fingers for Animaniacs or Tiny Toons cameos!!)
The music is great and cartoony~
The new voice actors are perfect so far! Great surprising castings, but great nonetheless!

And for some reason, as a self-aware modern Warner Bros animation studios' cartoon, there's a lot of random DC Comics references! (check the promo above or below)

The show will also feature CGi Wile E. Coyote segments..which I kinda fear (They won't be the same quality as the ones that have appeared alongside recent movies! take that into account)
And musical numbers - which sounds a bit useless, but I know the guys at WB animations have been loving making these lately, just check out the various songs that have been featured on Batman: The Brave And  The Bold lately!

Final word? Watch it! This is a cartoon that cartoon fans should absolutely follow!
