The original Korean movie The Host was easily one of my favorite kaiju films from these last few years.
It was modern, serious, dark, very well made and directed, entertaining and fun!
Simply put: A masterpiece!
(no wonder the US are already trying to remake it.... seriously...)
Anyways, here's some glimpses of the sequel - The Host 2, which is scheduled for next year.
It already looks amazing, and I cannot wait soon enough for it!!
It's another director this time around, Park Myeong. Hope the movie will be worthy of the original.
If you haven't checked out the original, go grab a copy of the DVD/Bluray/whatever floats your boat.
It's a MUST!
