I really feared the CW's adapation of the Vertigo Comics series by Mike Allred, iZombie, since it was a cult favorite of mine (even if it seems not a lot of people have read it). They announced the series would be adapted into a procedural show, with obligatory added teen drama and cheese.
But it might just be fun enough. It will supervised by Veronica Mars creator Rob Thomas. Check it out:
Sounds fun! And not that far off actually. Hopefully they will expand the mythos like the comic did.
It's expected to premiere on March 17th.
