An upcoming horror film "in the style of John Carpenter". I don't know if it will be as good and become cult likes his classics, but they certainly got my attention with that.
Here's the official synopsis:
When police officer Carter (Aaron Poole) discovers a blood-soaked man limping down a deserted road, he rushes him to a local hospital with a barebones, night shift staff. As cloaked, cult-like figures surround the building, the patients and staff inside start to turn ravenously insane. Trying to protect the survivors, Carter leads them into the depths of the hospital where they discover a gateway to immense evil.The film is written & directed by Jeremy Gillespie & Steven Kostanski, and it stars Aaron Poole, Kathleen Munroe, the always lovely Ellen Wong, Kenneth Walsh, Evan Stern, Daniel Fathers & Grace Munro. Not to be confused with this other film also titled The Void. Which I found out completely by random. This one's an anthology featuring Horror, Suspense, Thriller, Sci-Fi and Fantasy genres, here...
Wow. This actually also looks nice. This "The Void" was apparently released last November already!
