Gamin' NEWS! Mega Men and some Kirby trailer~

Hey guys! Forget that Mega Man Online (excellent) trailer we had not long ago...
It's a MMORPG (blah!) and for the Asian market only!

Remember that teaser trailer we had about a new upcoming platformer Mega Man Universe?
Yep this one.

Well, there's finally some footage of it~

In fact, there's three different trailer, each shining some light on one of the various characters of this new episode.

Facts:
Looks like a classic new sidescroller Mega Man!
In fact it exactly looks like and reminds me of Mega Man Powered Up! for PSP, which was a 2.5D remake of Mega Man 1, with additional characters, level editors, online sharing data, etc..
This looks like the same, only more Mega Man 2 oriented, and for HD systems this time.
Sure is a lot better than bland copy-past Mega Man 10, which was a pale attempt at yet another Mega Man 9...

Looks nice, colorful and well done!
Plus it seems like they really played this idea of having other characters available this time!

Classic Mega Man modernised? With a gimmick-twist? Looks great so far!
Here's the trailers:

Mega Man trailer-

Rockman trailer-

and

Bad box art Mega Man

Every trailer ends up in with a Ryu-teasing!
Those japanese sure love to hate the US boxart Mega Man :(
Poor lil' fellow...those otakus really hate him :/

Anyhow,
remember that new great looking Kirby game? (see this news post)
Kirby's Epic Yarn

Well there's also a trailer for this one!

It looks amazing and fun!
I'm not the biggest Kirby fan there is (more of a Jack Kirby fan, zing!), specially with me being a Sega-fan at heart first and all that..
But I did play a lot of times and love the two first Kirby Dream Land games on Gameboy!

I'll probably end up checking this one. There's always more room for another sidescroller in my book~

  1. 8 bit Mega Man is kinda replaced by "Rockman" in here! Look at his proportions, sure he's done in 3D, but he's a chibi japanese version of "Mega Man", so it's him!
(the same way an almost identical model was used in "Powered Up!" the PSP 3D remake of MM1)
