Why am I posting a picture from some bad made-for-TV movie from the 90s?

They're making this movie really bad on purpose, right?
This movie won't be a reboot but just something to keep the rights from reverting back to Marvel.
The plot was probably improvised by 5-6 movie writers who made that Writer's Strike a couple years back only to make more money than they should (while good TV series writers are actually making less now).
I dunno...it just looks plain bad.
There's no actual effort, and I'm sure they over paid the costume makers a million $$$ to improvise these awful suit that don't look "70s" at all (but more like modern direct-to-DVD gritty emo-ysh movie).
