So, Activision announced they would be making their very own Walking Dead video game.
Of course there is one...one action-oriented to appeal to the sugar-induced fanboys that can't stand a well thought adventure game...
...I say this but I will no doubt end up getting both :P
Anyway, the game they announced will be their very own take on the series.
An adaptation of the live TV series, not the comic book.
It is being developed by the guys at Terminal Reality (who made the very excellent Ghostbusters game) and it will expand The Walking Dead TV series into a first-person shooter (obviously...)!
The plot will follow Daryl Dixon and his brother Merle before they met up with the rest of the group in the show. And here's a first trailer:
No gameplay, as expected, but it gives us a nice mood already.
Hopefully it will be fun enough, though I'm not expecting much depth in it...
