You know! That great obscure parody comic book series, turned into a great obscure meta cartoon, turned into a great cult classic TV series.
We now have Peter Serafinowicz, who is clearly no Patrick Warburton, but my problem personally might be with the new suit:
It just looks weird! I can actually see what they were doing, trying to distance it from the previous show, but it just looks bad. Why had all the weird texture?? They should have just gone with the comic book look and give him two big white eyes, Deadpool-style, maybe that would have worked better.
This new show will premiere on Amazon Video in August 19th.
