You guys voted for her, so here she is!

Epic Lost diorama

Some dude, toy designer Scott Adams (aka MegoScott), built one badass detailed Lost playset.

It's a pretty amazing work of art, with a pop-ups and whatnot!
Even the Smoke Monster's in there :P

Gamin' NEWS! Batman: Arkham City - Skins Pack Trailer

Here's the trailer for Arkham City's latest DLC... costumes!

I know they wanted to "offer" (for "extra cash", yeah. right...) the costumes they offered the various stores in the US (and UK) to the ones that didn't pre-order the game, or at least the ability to have the other alternate costumes..but couldn't they follow Activision's idea with Spider-man Shattered Dimensions, which was in my eye a much better alternative..
(no discussing quality of said games, just marketing approach)

The Pre-Order costumes should have been unlocked skins you can actually win in the game at the end, only, right from the start available.
There.
No extra cash to buy friggin' digital costumes for ten bucks! Everyone happy!

Ricky Gervais - Politics

And to continue with politics, here's a couple of minutes from Ricky Gervais'.

Hitler interprets Nietzsche!~

Tracy Morgan's Black and Blue tour - "George Bush"

How better to start a Wednesday?
Why not with some controversial political stand up from Tracy Morgan?!

#Ad - Segata Sanshiro Sega Saturn Commercials

If back in the 90s, Sony seemingly won the 3D era with the Playstation and its rich library of original titles, Nintendo coming close second with the 64 thanks to a truckload of 3D platformers... Sega seemed lost in the 2D era. And forgotten.

As much as it saddens me to say, the Saturn always seemed like the black sheep of the Sega family.
Even though it had its fair share of original titles, it never rised to the popularity of the other two...in the West!

Because back in Japan, Sega was able to develop a lil' cult phenomenon, long before internet memes and Viral Marketing.

Thanks to Segata Sanshiro.

With the rise of Japanese culture and animes/mangas later on, you can only imagine if the Saturn would have been more popular, had Sega just used the same marketing oversees...

Anyways, here is a compilation featuring ALL of Segata Sanshiro's Sega Saturn ads!
They are very random and oh, so perfect at the same time! Try to get the link between Segata's ads and the games they represent.
Enjoy:

LONG LIVE SEGATA SANSHIRO!
Not only he sacrificed himself for the Dreamcast, but he also ride off for space like no problem.
I believe he still lives up there, because space needed a SATURN too.

Drawing - On The 6th Day Of Christmas

..On the Sixth day of Christmas...

For December 6th, Tali from Mass Effect!

Sort of a remake/revamp of this previous Tali drawing:

BestMovieScenesOfAllTime - ..and I'm all out of bubblegum

From the awesome cult horror 1988 B-movie They Live!

Though, yes, it is mostly associated with Duke Nukem these days..

Blog - One year older - and still going!

Hey guys, gals, actual blog post today.
Today's my anniversary so, Happy Birthday to me~

Hope you're having all a great day/time! Holidays are coming up (finally!).
Well, it still is a "normal work day" so, here's to another Tuesday! ~cheers!~

And without further redo here's a random comic our fellow Frobman did for me.
Is that how you see me? Well, I can't deny that, spot on!

(Click for bigger pic)

But it is already on the disc!!! >__<

Anyways, thanks to you and all the other random *Happy Birthdays* shouted on my different accounts (deviantArt, twitter and whatnot~)

And, EXCELSIOR!

BestMovieScenesOfAllTime - Yo She-Bitch, Let's Go!

And one more from Army of Darkness.

I just love these Sam Raimi's montage scenes :P

Ricky Gervais - Fat People

Time to post some of the UK comedians I've been listening to as well.
Here's the fantastic Ricky Gervais:

This guy...
XD

Deleted Scenes - Star Wars audition tapes

Before Star Wars was synonymous with Mark Hamill and Harrison Ford (amongst others) a bunch of other actors auditioned for the role for Han Solo.

A lot of these guys have since then become pretty famous and went on to play various other iconic characters, but back then they were all in competition for the role of Han.
Can you imagine what the SW movies would have been like with someone else than Ford in this particular role? (or what would have become of him, Lucas and Spielberg wouldn't have picked him up for Indiana Jones after that!)

Craig Ferguson Show - another Henry Cho stand up

Here's yet another Henry Cho stand up on Craig Ferguson's show (again).
This one's from 2010.10.26.

AwesomeCosplay Pics of the day: Black Canary

Here's yet another Black Canary cosplayer by BladeAlchemist.

Outstanding!
Gorgeous cosplay/cosplayer/and picture!

Easily one of my all-time favorite scenese, from one of my favorite movies ever made!

From Army of Darkness.

Drawing - On The 4th Day Of Christmas

..On the Fourth day of Christmas...

Update Dec. 10: Okay, I completely redid this one... It looked just plain bad...I wanted to fix details but ended revamping it from scratch! :new:

Still trying to catch up with the day.
Almost!

Here's Ahsoka from Clone Wars~

Ad - ASFA

Here's a random PSA/commercial that aired in France a while back.
It was a sort of humorous announcement, to justify the augmented cost of the taxes people in France had to pay for their highways or something...
(yeah even I am not sure, despite speaking French)

Anyway, it was quite, let's say, visual.

Ha! :D

(and don't crybaby on me, it was obviously CGi for the most part!)

Henry Cho on the Late Show with Craig Ferguson

Here's a little stand up from Henry Cho on Craig Ferguson's show.
Enjoy!

Love the guy!
There just isn't enough of his comedy around :/

BestOfTheOffice - Gimme a Break....of...?

To continue with our on-going commercials of late, here's a pretty memorable and funny scene from The Office!

...Apple Juice?...

Ad - Kit Kat commercial #06 (1991)

The last one, I promise!
The most awkward/weird one for the last.

Yeah, because kids will wanna eat chocolate from watching these sportsmen singing awkwardly, without flexing a muscle/standing still... °__°

ComicPageOfTheWeekend: Ms. Marvel - My All-Time Favorite Super Hero

(Click for bigger pic)

AwesomeCosplay Pics of the day: Tifa

To stay in the same subject, here's a splendid Tifa from Final Fantasy 7 cosplay!

Cosplayed here by Shizuka.

There's hundreds...thousands cosplays of Tifa around the interwebs.
Most of them kinda questionable.
So it was nice to see such a beautiful, incredible and respectful portrayal of her for a change.

Tifa kicking ass and taking names!
A very strong portrayal.
Stunning!

Drawing - On The 2nd Day Of Christmas

..On the Second day of Christmas...

Long time no see, Blaze!
I guess this can be seen as a sort of sequel to both
and from the previous past years :P

Ad - Kit Kat commercial #05 (1991)

Wanna listen to the whole song finally?
Enjoy it, with lyrics, right here:

"..Break me off a piece of that KIT KAT BAR!~"
I can't just have enough of this catchy tune! :P

FanFilmFriday: Street Fighter Zero 2 - Live Action!!

So there's been various attempts to bring Street Fighter to live, including various parodiesmock-umentaries, and official interpretations, a good movie people call bad and a bad movie people call good..
-sigh-

Anyways,
Here's a pretty fun live action Street Fighter segment from a Japanese game show.
Yes, a game show, people playing from a "sidescroller" view, to defeat their competition and whatnot in a SF setting.

Enjoy, it's pretty good :P

Why am I loving this Sakura so much? XD

Anyway, it's great to see some Street Fighter Alpha/Zero represented for a change!

AwesomeCosplay Pics of the day: Yuffie

Here's a pretty cute cosplay of Yuffie from the Final Fantasy series by the lovely 13idiotbox!

I guess I should precise it is Yuffie as she appears in the CGi movie sequel Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children.

Great attention to the details, and she suits the character^^

'nuff said!

Gamin' NEWS! new Gotham City Impostors video

Not really sure about this...
:/

So...It will be like another generic Team Fortress lookalike in the end?
Meh.. not for me. Perhaps YOU will enjoy it, but me, not much.. no matter how fun or good these animated shorts look... (you won't be seeing much or "playing" those in the end)

Henry Cho - "What's That Clickin' Noise?" sketches

...and here's a bunch more sketches from Henry Cho's What's That Clickin' Noise? routine. :P

Drawing - Jingle Belle

Paul Dini's Jingle Belle was yesterday's daily sketch challenge subject.

I imagined I would end up drawing Jing' sooner or later this year again.
Since she was a DSC, I decided to take some extra care :'3

Wanna see the steps for this one?

And finally:

Time: 30 minutes

I luv Jingle Belle!

She's got at least one publication, or reprint, per Christmas each year!
Dini updated her official website recently: http://www.jinglebelle.com/

Should I review at least one of her books for Xmas, on the blog?

Henry Cho - "What's That Clickin' Noise?"

Here's a pretty underrated comedian, not as famous as the previous ones I posted on the blog recently.

(Follow the link over youtube... it seems WMG is screwing with us once more...as usual)

..and he even does a pretty fun southern accent! XD

Drawing - On The 1st Day Of Christmas

..On the First day of Christmas...

Okay, so this is something I totally wanted to do this whole month, but never really got to with all the birthdays, time running out and whatnot~

Here's Paul Dini's Jingle Belle.
Came out lovely, I think. Much better than any of my previous attempts :P

MiscMusic - "Hey Pachuco"

Sometimes, the afternoon, late in the week, you know what you need to take your mind off things for a sec?
Some Jazz that swings!

Here, enjoy this awesome interpretation of Hey Pachuco by Royal Crown Revue!
Movie fans will probably recognize this song "Stanley Ipkiss" danced on in that crazy cartoony-superhero flick :P

Here's some trivia that a guy posted in the comments, which I find fitting:

For those asking, Royal Crown Revue are a swing band who are often credited with starting the swing revival in the early 90's. the drummers name is "bam bam" Danny Glass and you are all correct, he is damn amazing. If you like these guys, also check out Big bad Voodoo Daddy, Bill elliot Swing Orchestra, Cherry Poppin' daddies, Brian Setzer and steve lucky and the rhumba bums. Also for those new to swing, check out the "swing this, baby!" compilation album. excellent place to start.

Ad - Kit Kat commercial #04 (1994)

This one is easily the funniest.

Too bad I haven't been able to find it on good quality :(
(there's a shorter but cleaner version on youtube though)

Drawings - SF-doodles #03

And finally my 3rd and final Twitter-Jam for the moment:

The loose cannons it seems.
People asked me for various Alpha characters.. Dan, Rose, Mika, Hugo (well, he's more of a Final Fight guy, but you get the idea) so I only picked the more original ones/funnier to draw.
This time we have SF1's Adon, SFZero's Karin and Sodom, SF4's Hakan, SFEx's Skullomania and guest characters from Rival Schools, Batsu, Hinata and Akira!

Hey, Capcom. I'm still waiting to have Skullomania back!
(and don't tell me "...but Arika owns them" bullsh**, Ono already said they own the characters and could use them again)

Hope you liked those!
It was fun trying to squeeze in the maximum characters I could in here :P

Remember, follow me on Twitter to not miss those!

BestOfTheOffice - Andy's Impression of a Seahorse

It's all said in the title!

'nuff said! XD

Movie NEWS! John Carter trailer

It's been a long time since the teaser, here's our first look at "John Carter from Mars" own Martians!

This reimagining of a classic is aiming for a March 9, 2012 release.

It's looking decent..though I kinda wish they'd go a bit more pulp in the movie tone...
