VGR Porky Pig's Haunted Holiday

Here is an appropriate game for this time of the year, originally released for Halloween 1995!

Strangely enough Porky's only main-starring videogame, which is odd considering he was the first proper Looney Tunes character created by the Warner Bros. animators!

We're all a little looney, and here's my other Looney Tunes-related reviews!

CBR REVIVAL Vol. 7: Forward

The government is trying to understand and contain the Revived! Dana and Em Cypress are on the run!

A war between the living and the undead is brewing!

#MovieNEWS GHOSTBUSTERS TV spots

Because of the whole internet hate, I have to keep writing this disclaimer everytime, but let the hate aside. And here's a few TV spots for the upcoming Ghostbusters:

Ugh. Stay Puft's in this? He looks really bad, like last minute rendered into the film-bad. I'm actually getting used to the no ghost-logo ghost as final villain-thing though. I still plan on watching this, if anything these are a bunch of really funny comedic ladies. But the film itself..?

As a huge long time fan, I still feel kind of "meh" about the whole thing, but I don't dislike it either. It will probably end up as forgettable as the RoboCop reboot anyways.

#Movie NEWS! GHOSTBUSTERS - Official Trailer #2

There's a new trailer out for the Ghostbusters reboot/remake. And it's looking slightly better now, I think:

I still would have preferred for it to be a proper sequel, but hey at least IDW's comics got me covered on that side.

#Fanmade GHOSTBUSTERS Fancut teaser trailer recut

Alright, I'm starting to honestly get hyped about this film!

This fancut by Bevan Bell fixes a lot of the problems I had with the original official trailer for the new Ghostbusters film. Manly cutting all the plot details, keeping things vague, throwing away the mention of the previous films since it's supposed to be a reboot (none of that "back in the 1980s, 4 scientists saved the world, yadda yadda" thing) while bringing back the original atmosphere of the series. Check this out:

Now, that's more like it!

I still say this looks good. Maybe it's because I watched too much of the GB cartoons and read too many of the comics, but I like the idea of new people being Ghostbusters. It plays into something all of us in the fandom dreamed about: anybody can be a Ghostbuster. Be it the original SNL older generation or the new SNL cast. (And it could have been worse, thankfully we didn't get the likes of Will Ferrell, Ben Stiller or Adam Sandler in this reboot..)

#Movie NEWS! Ghostbusters 2016 trailer!

IT'S FINALLY HEEEERE!!! WHY AM I SO HYPED NOW? I HAVE NO IDEAAAAA!!!!

Paul Feig's reboot looks and seems great. You know what, screw the haters I won't even bother reading the comments on youtube (because, why would you??). Plus I do find Melissa McCarthy, Kristen Wiig, Kate McKinnon and Leslie Jones all really funny. In an SNL-kind of way, like  the original cast. I mean I would have hated some cheesy reboot with comedians like, say, Ben Still, Will Ferrell or Jack Black (and I do love JB usually).

The only real thing I'm not really liking is the fact this seems to be GB1 all over again. (But then again, Predators, Star Wars Episode 7 and even Prometheus to some extend all have also been complete redos of the originals too..)

RR A Pup Named Scooby-Doo

Do you remember a fad back in the late 1980s/early 1990s when every cartoon seemed to revolved around baby versions of famous characters? After the Muppet Babies they kept churning out baby-versions like The Flintstone Kids, Tom & Jerry Kids, Tiny Toon Adventures - heck I'd even count The Rugrats to go after a similar subject.

After Scrappy-Doo ruined all the fun, somehow Hanna-Barbera thought what we really needed was to see Scooby-Doo as a pup.

Scooby-Doo - where are you?! Right here:

#Movie NEWS! The new ECTO-1

Director Paul Feig continues teasing the Ghostbusters remake on twitter!

He just shared a few pics of the all-new updated Ecto-1 (I still wish the film was a continuation rather than a reboot, so we could call it, like Ecto-2 or something..). Here's the new pics:

It looks great! To be frank I feared the changes with the car, but this new one is definitively similar and faithful. Hope the actual movie holds up...
