Warner Bros. just ran a brand new Joss Whedon-esque trailer of the upcoming Justice League film... and it looks... the same. But kinda different too.



Time to speculate who shows up at the end... Superman already? Or Green Lantern, as Steppenwolf just confirmed he exists in the DCEU??

And they also released a very Alex Ross-esque poster, which I kind of dig, despite the awfully-designed Cyborg:

I finally just saw Avengers: Age of Ultron yesterday evening.

It feels like it wasn't that long ago that I went to see the first Avengers...

And since there' been a half dozen other Marvel films - including my all-time favorite Guardians of the Galaxy - so how did this Avengers film turn out? [Warning: What follows might contain spoilers!]

#OpeningTheme - Avengers: Earth's Mightiest Heroes Live Action

To help you wait for next year's Avengers 2, here's a fantastic fanmade live rendition of the Avengers: Earth's Mightiest Heroes cartoon opening theme used footage from Joss Whedon's film.

It looks absolutely brilliant! Really love it! Man, I almost wish this was used in the actual film, the scenes in the film perfectly sync with the cartoon's own animation!



I always felt that last shot featuring the entire group was mean to have them shout "Avengers Assemble", but it looks even better as the final shot in this opening!

Amazing! 'nuff said!

#Marvel NEWS! Non-Halloween related stuff for today, but more Avengers instead

Marvel released a brand new extended trailer for Avengers: Age of Ultron. And it honeslty gave me a much better impression than the other one since it shows much of the same tone and humor from the first Avengers film that seemed to be lacking in this new one:



Did you guys notice Cap almost did it? A nice nod to all those times he pulled it off in the comics. (With my fav moment being from the best Thor comic ever made - Chris Sammne's Mighty Thor!)

Also, with clear plans for their "Cinematic Universe's" phase 3 in sight, Marvel had the following teaser trailer for the fans at the official press conference where they made all these announcements. That's right, a really early teaser trailer/first look at the future upcoming Avengers: Infinity War. Quick, check it out before Disney decide to pull it out of the web:



This 2-part will only arrive on theater on May 4th, 2018, and May 3rd, 2019!!

#Marvel NEWS! Avengers: Age of Ultron trailer!

It's finally here! Here's the trailer for the new upcoming Avengers movie for next year:



I gotta be honest here... this looks a lot better than I feared it would! Honestly, I've been losing any kind of interest since the super-epic-awesome Guardians of the Galaxy (because James Gunn rocks!). But here I am, hyped for Avengers 2 again!

But I'm not entirely sure on the musical cue here... sounds... weird too me, for a lack of a better word. Hopefully that's just some borrowed tune for the trailer, and nothing like the tone of the actual film.

(as a sidenote: I'm still sad they couldn't have introduced Antman earlier and have Ultron be his creation... sigh..)

#Marvel NEWS! First Avengers 2 screens

With The Avengers: Age Of Ultron set for a May 1, 2015 release date, it's about time we finally got to see some pics of this upcoming new Marvel film!

These first official screens from the film come courtesy from Entertainment:

I guess that's what movie!Ultron will look like.

Okay. A bit generic-ysh, but it captures the original one enough. I like those Ultron-drones in the background though!

They're all back, and they all look great! Heck, even War Machine's here! I dig the little changes on Black Widow, Cap and "Hawkguy" (haha).

Still not sure on this take on Quicksilver and Scarlet Witch... I mean.. ugh.. It's kinda off. And I was okay with Days of Future Past Quicksilver because it was 70s enough. But these two here? Not entirely decided...

#Marvel NEWS! The Avengers 2 Teaser

Ultron is such a much better villain than the generic alien from Avengers...

From the "looks" of those hints above, Tony Stark might be the one building this version of Ultron... And with the JARVIS AI from the Iron Man films and the remote control armors from Iron Man 3, it's not difficult to add up 1+1 and imagine how this version of Ultron might come up.

Hey Eyz! Whatcha gonna watch this season? [2013-14 Edition!]

It's THAT time of the year again!

A lot of fan favorite TV shows have ended this past year, due to cancelations and whatnot.

Sadly I've been myself watching less and less TV drama lately and more and more cartoons instead for some reason(?).

There's also a lot of upcoming new stuff, but I'll probably wait around to see what survives past Season 1...

Without further ado, here's my own picks for this season 2013-2014!

It starts a bit late. At ~O:26. Because Joss Whedon apparently arrived a bit late. (and nobody could edit this video since it aired live...)

#Marvel NEWS! Marvel Cinematic Universe Phase Two

Here's a quick look at Marvel's upcoming plans for their next films:

Iron Man 3was just released, next up is Thor: The Dark World. Directed by Alan Taylor and aimed for a Nobember 8 release date.

Personally I'm not expecting much out of this one. Even the trailer left me... uninterested. I mean, sure, "Hollywood, blabla, lots of special effects, explosions, yaddayadda, sequel" etc.

Chris Hemsworth as Thor is the only fun aspect of this film. The plot sounds like "more of the same, if you enjoyed the first one", amped up.

Next year will start with another sequel, Captain America: The Winter Soldier.

Yep, this "Phase 2" is seriously lacking some new ideas.

It will be directed by Joe and Anthony Russo this time, for an April 4, 2014 release.

They really should have kept Joe Johnston on board and let him do his Winter Soldier movie properly instead... Not really feeling this serious lack of a competent veteran director attached to all these movies. Robert Downey & co are really costing way too much for the studio, so they're cutting the budget elsewhere.

Speaking of new proprieties, at least we'll have James Gunn's take on the Guardians of the Galaxy on August 1 next year.

I honestly really wasn't feeling this one so far, but with Gunn on board it has potential to turn into a really fun good Green Lantern-like film.

Finally, with all these films down, it will be the time to get a second AVENGERS movie.

While the first film almost featured the Skrulls Invasion yet ended up using Loki and some generic aliens, it appears Avengers 2 is also going through a similar unexpected change. It was going to deal with Thanos at first, after the hint at the end of the first one and see the incorporation of the Guardians Galaxy's mythos after their own film.

But instead, it will now revolved around Ultrom!!

Joss Whedon just announced and officialized the title, it will be released on May 1, in 2015!

So... yay! This means Ant-Man!!

Avengers: Age of Ultron will see the debut of Ant-Man.. to be continued upon and expanded during Marvel Cinematic Universe Phase Three with the first film being Ant-Man on November 6, 2015 (some months after Avengers!), by Edgar Wright!

I can't say enough how much I'm waiting to be there, in 2015. I mean, finally, some fresh new ideas!
