#GamingNEWS DOOM 64 – Official Announce Trailer

For the release of the latest installement, Doom Eternal, Doom 64 is finally getting an (official) PC port, as well as getting released on Xbox 1, PS4 and Switch. And like the classic Dooms back with the Doom 3 BFG edition, Doom 64 is also getting a brand new additional episode-campaign! That's some awesome news, and a great excuse to replay it once more.

I love Doom 64. I always felt it was the perfect missing link between Doom 2 and Doom 3 in its gameplay and atmosphere (developed by Midway or not). And it even works nicely as a prequel to Doom 2016. So it's nice to see it getting re-released.

VGR TRON 2.0: Killer App (Game Boy Advance)

You thought me long finished with the TRON series? (Those were some of my first reviews on my blog!)

Well, not exactly!

The Grid. A digital frontier. I kept dreaming of a world I thought I'd never see. And then, one day...

VGR DOOM 64

The third DOOM wasn't actually Doom 3, but this sadly often overlooked game....

VGR QUAKE 1

The first fully-3D FPS, a game supposedly originally titled Timequake.

We can all be grateful they decided to shorten that silly name...

#Design - Knight's Chase & Doom64 EX custom cover art

Please! Do not ask for these! This was a personal job, not outsourcing the work to other people. If you want me to work out something for you, I will do so for money only.

I decided to make some improvised custom coverart for my boxless CD of Knight's Chase. And a quickly made-on-the-spot logo to go along.

I love DOOM64. Here's a custom cover I made for the perfect PC port "Doom64 Ex", because I'm a materialist that way.

I'm not allowing the comments below to avoid the spam I usually get on these.

#Gaming NEWS! 15 Minutes of gameplay from #Injustice

Here's a video of Ed Boon taking us through some gameplay from NetherRealm Studios' upcoming new fighting game, Injustice: Gods Among Us!
From this year's EVO 2012:

This DC Comics-oriented fighter seems to be starting off the right food.

These ridiculous new costumes seem to work better in a videogame than in our classic 4-colored comics IMO.

By the by, I just realized I'm not a big fan of heroes fighting amongst themselves.. I'd rather have less "heroic" characters and more baddies to fight through. (I'd personally go for the whole Secret Six and Flash Rogues villains as playable characters...)

Gaming NEWS! MK DLCs

The new Mortal Kombat is great.
I've been loving it since I got it (less than a month ago).

Even the DLC's been fun keeping the game fresh and having something to do in preventing me from leaving MK aside.

FanFilmFriday: Sub-Zero (Chinese Ninja Warrior)

Playing Mortal Kombat a lot recently made me think about the original live movie.
Which reminded me of the awful/epic bad/good sequel Annihilation.
Which made me check out some of the better things some fans put up together with less budget, time & effort.

Enjoy this "music video":

BestMovieScenesEvah - Too bad... you...will..die!!

Here's some awesome acting from that awesome/awful Mortal Kombat II movie:

(recommendation: deactivate youtube's commentary before playing it)

The original MK movie was awesome. Pretty well executed, directed. Great special effects, fun (if a bit silly) plot straight from the games and yet not completely unwatchable and amazing combats well choregraphied.

Too bad the 1997 Mortal Kombat: Annihilation movie seems to have run out of budget after the first 10 minutes, where Raiden changes looks to accommodate the lower budget (Christophe Lambert-less), the special effects leave the better practical effects to become low budget CGi messes, actors improvise lines without a real script and many more stuff that either makes this the greatest Hollywood B-movie or the worst summer blockbuster!

AwesomeCosplay Pic of the day: MORTAL MUSIK

Here's an awesome rock band..composed of Mortal Kombat's ninjas:

Such an awesome pic for today!
And fitting, since I've been playing the new Mortal Kombat lately (and lovin' it).

Cooking with Scorpion

Finally...blogspot works again? They sure took their time...

One of the reason why I always liked Mortal Kombat.
As gore or violent as they were....they were fun(ny) too!

Here's an awesome blast from the past:

An unlockable funny video from MK: Deadly Alliance.

Movie NEWS! K.O.!!!

And people thought the 1st live Street Fighter movie was bad.... :/
I'm disappointed in you guys... you gotta "smell" these kind of movies from way far off!

So the King Of Fighters live movie is out...
And it is bad...
Well, BIG SURPRISE there! Did you seriously expected this to be any good?
