Who ever expected that? I remember some test pilot from adult swim for a possible animated version of Scott Pilgrim.. but here we finally are. 2023. An animated version of Scott Pilgrim is finally a reality, and it will both look close to the original Graphic Novels and feature the actual cast of the live action film!
And it looks gorgeous!

I just finally received the long-awaited Special Edition physical re-release of the cult classic Scott Pilgrim Vs The World game (for the Switch) from Limited Run Games!!
And I gotta say, the wait was worth it. Pre-ordered basically a full year ago (January 2021!), this is beautiful! Easily the best looking SE I've ever saw if there ever was one, and just the same content-wise.
It's packed-filled with everything you'd expect a Collector Edition. Soundtrack (both CD and old school tape). Stickers. Posters. Art book/behind the scenes book. Collector box (Sega Mega Drive/Genesis-style). Color manual (SNES-style). Etc. What's missing? I don't even know what they could have added in there.
But instead the whole entire box is a freakin' awesome musical box (check out the video below).

So much nostalgia for such a relatively recent comic book series. I loved this series by Bryan O'Malley, and I hope to see more from him someday.
