#DeletedScenes Crash-N-Burn Proof of concept 2014 (Big Red Button)

Add this one to the pile of canceled Crash Bandicoot sequels. There's a few scrapped Activision Crash games. A sequel/reboot by Traveller's Tales after Twinsanity. Another reboot by Radical. And now we got this proof of concept by Sonic Boom-developpers Big Red Button.

In fact a lot of elements here, including the scenery, reminds me of the final product that was Sonic Boom. Did they roll out some elements from one pitch to a publisher into another pitch for another publisher? Who knows.

Check out "Crash-N-Burn":

#GamingNEWS Crash Bandicoot™ 4: It’s About Time – Narrated Gameplay Trailer

(Side note, I HATE the new blogspot update... putting embed youtube videos has become a chore... Adding regular tags is now lenghty nightmare...) Crash 4 news! Still not sold on the Crash 4 title - but that's just me, for the reasons stated before. Playable villains! PLAYABLE DINGODILE! Cute Coco alt skins! Check it out: This seems to have more story than any recent Sonic and Mario combined! I'm sold on the visuals and the gameplay.

#GamingNEWS Crash Bandicoot™ 4: It’s About Time Announcement Trailer

I'm all about fun colorful games lately, call it a mid-life crisis.. in gaming?

Let the end-of-the-world scenarios for others, after enjoying HOURS of Animal Crossing and being hyped for the new Ratchet and Clank, the only game I'm currently forward to is this new Crash Bandicoot!

I'm not feeling calling it Crash Bandicoot 4, not without Naughty Dogs the original developers/creators behind it. And it's really Crash Bandicoot 8, there has actually been 4 other main games since the original trilogy... Yeah, they ranged from meh to awesome. But I like to honor the past rather than ignore it. Yes, despite the little joke at the end of the trilogy.

Specially since this "reboot" seems to mix the N-Sanity Trilogy/Nitro Fueled enhanced modern visuals... with the Crash of the Titans/Mind Over Mutants redesign?? Seriously! Look at Coco and Cortex, they could have come from a game coming after those!!

ANYWAYS, not calling anything bad, but I feel a remix of ideas despite this being a new game. It could have been a "Remix" after the "Remake trilogy", since we couldn't expect remakes of the following games. We got Time and Space travel, like Crash 3 and Wrath of Cortex. Alternate gameplay (see a playable Cortex!) like in Twinsanity. The 4 Elemental Masks re-imagined from Wrath of Cortex...

Anyways, I'M SUPER HYPED and I can't wait to get a new Crash in my hands! Without pre-order DLC stuff, no thank you Activision!

#GamingNEWS It's about time we got news on the new Crash Bandicoot. It's Crash Bandicoot 4 It’s About Time, and it's about time someone used this joke title around.

So it has finally leaked. Everyone was waiting for a bit of footage or info, but instead we got the whole title, logo and cover art in one go!

The new Crash Bandicoot is called Crash Bandicoot 4 It’s About Time! It's called Crash Bandicoot friggin' 4! No pressure, guys. It's developed by Spyo Reignited Trilogy Toys for Bob, as everyone expected following some leaked concept arts. Features a new Crash design, in line with the recent smartphone Crash redesign. And seems to be a new game in the spirit of the original trilogy, hence the 4, but also seems to be taking some clues from the original Crash 4, Wrath of Cortex (a bunch of super-powered masks helping Cortex and Uka Uka - probably gimmicky powered boss fights I imagine as well).

I love the classic mascot platformers. And I honestly can't wait for more info, which appear to be coming this Monday, June 22 - full reveal coming up! I'm just annoyed the Switch version will probably be released a year later, again..

Not sure if the time travel gimmick is gonna just be superficial like in Crash Bandicoot 3, or used in a more complex way like in dimensional rift-thing in the upcoming Ratchet and Clank...?

#GamingNEWS Crash Team Racing Nitro-Fueled – Nitro Tour Grand Prix Intro

I don't care if it was started as such, it's not just a remake, I actually call Crash Team Racing Nitro-Fueled "CTR4"!

It basically offers  the combined experience of CTR, Nitro Kart and Tag Team Racing. Updating the adventure mode of the original with characters, karts and the customization of the later games. Plus all the new added gimmicks and features.

As well as the inclusion of the online mode AND the upcoming Grand Prix mode!

Starting with tomorrow's first Grand Prix, the Nitro Tour Grand Prix! Which will allow to unlock some more new content with a new in-game currency!

And here's the awesome new trailer, featuring the return of the cartoon mutant chicken duo of Chick and Stew (check out their voice actors!! Sonic's in Crash, sorta! Haha!),  brought over from CTTR's cutscenes! Also, Tawna is back and not kidnapped for a change. The Trophy Girls from the original CTR are now racing for their own trophies. And more!

Nitro-Fueled just keeps getting better and better! Well done, Beenox! With your crew and Vicarious Vision, Crash is finally in good hands! (So long, Radical!)

#GamingNEWS Crash Team Racing Nitro-Fueled – Customization Trailer

I almost forgot the new Crash Team Racing game is coming up soon.

Looking less and less like a CTR remake, and more and more like a proper new installement in the series, the 4th Crash racing game. It even takes more and more elements from Nitro Kart and Tag Team Racing each new trailer!

FAKE CRASH is in the place!!

So is customization!

They need to add Nina Cortex, and this will become my dream Crash kart racing game!!

Crash Team Racing Nitro-Fueled launches for the PlayStation 4, Switch and Xbox One on June 21.

#GamingNEWS Crash Team Racing Nitro-Fueled teaser trailer!

Long-rumored and dreamed by fans, CTR is back!

This "remaster" is actually going to be an expanded remake. Crash Team Racing Nitro-Fueled. The whole original CTR experience with all its modes, characters and tracks. With additional vehicles from Crash Nitro Kart and Tag Team Racing (!). More characters. And unlockable N.Oxyde (the main villain).

Here's the trailer!

The game won't be developed by Vicarious Vision this time (busy making a proper new Crash...?), but by Beenox. They made the fun Spider-Man: Shattered Dimensions back then. So it's fine by me. I hope they kept the original gameplay intact and didn't take too many cues from Nitro Kart and Tag Team. I liked those two sequels, but it wasn't the same..

The game's expected for june 21, next year.

#SDCC2018 Marvel’s Spider-Man – Story Trailer | PS4

I can't wait for this game!!!!!!!!

Miles as a supporting story character? Maybe they'll tease his turn as Spider-Man for the end or a possible sequel..?

#GamingNEWS Crash Bandicoot Remake Trilogy

Finally, a proper trilogy for one of my most awaited games next year - the Crash Bandicoot Remake Trilogy!!

Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy!

This Activision remake of Sony and Naughty Dog's classic PSX games are being remade from scratch and developed by a long time-Crash Bandicoot developer studio, Vicarious Visions. As a long time fan that has played every single one of these games, they made the ones closest to Naughty Dog's.

This is more than a simply upscaled "remaster" since they will remake these old games from scratch for this new generation. This bundle will contain Crash Bandicoot, Crash Bandicoot 2: Cortex Strikes Back, and Crash Bandicoot. Check out the teaser trailer:

You can also expect this on PS4 for next year, 2017.

#E3News Crash in Skylanders

Remember the news that Crash Bandicoot is finally coming back?

Well, they showed us some gameplay footage now. And it almost feels like Activision testing the possibilities for Crash's return.

I think a lot of people will play the entire game with Crash now!

But you know what else this also means? A NEW CRASH BANDICOOT FIGURE!

Alright, I NEED THIS NOW!!!

VGR Return to Castle Wolfenstein

In the first Wolfenstein, the Nazis were able to create mechas in the 1940s. In this new game, they resurrected the dead and created monsters to defeat the Allies!

VGR QUAKE III ARENA

The best competitive FPS of all time!

If I could only summarize QUAKE III in one way, I'd say it's an id Software All-Star deathmatch crossover pitching against each other the characters and the universes of the Doom trilogy, Quake 1 and Quake 2 - only really missing a representative from Wolfenstein - which is a shame - and at least a cameo or references to the Commander Keen series... sigh.

VGR Quake II

Did you like the original Quake 1? Well, good. This game doesn't have a thing to do with that.

#DeletedScene - Alien vs Predator: Nightmare on Ryushi - AVP game no one ever played

This one's actually a pretty recent find, courtesy from avpgalaxy.net.

Not only has there been FPS and beat 'em all Alien vs. Predator games, apparently at some point there was going to be an adventure game as well!

Titled Alien vs Predator: Nightmare on Ryushi!

The game was supposedly in development for MS-Dos but was mysteriously canceled at some point. It was going to be a first for the series, a point & click adventure game by Activision!

The game would have also been a first for the Alien and Predator franchises, being the first game to had then offered 3 separate playable campaigns/stories!

This might have been surprisingly refreshing and different for the series. Too bad it was canceled...
