#DCCWnews Black Lightning | First Look Trailer | The CW
Alright! Finally a DC CW superhero that is not some dumb young hero learning his stuff.
I always dig Black Lightning. Lots of comic fans prefer Static, but I've always been more of a Black Lightning fan. I also love his family dynamic with his daughters learning they also have powers.
So I'm glad they kept the same angle, check this out:
It even sounds different from the usual DC CW shows.
Black Lightning is set to air this Fall.

Some footage from upcoming new shorts including Amethyst and Black Lighting!
...and yes that was an anime-inspired Catwoman! Kinda looks like a mix of Avatar/Korra with a bit of Okami. Loving the family angle for Black Ligntning,Thunder and Lighting! (very Animal Man-ysh!)
