#STARWARSnews Star Wars Jedi: Survivor™ - Teaser officiel

Star Wars Jedi: Survivor finally revealed! And I know the teaser's basically entirely CGi scenes, but I'm already sold!

Everything looks great, already dig the atmosphere of the sequel!

So I guess this series is officially called "Star Wars: JEDI", heh? I would have found a way to get "order" in there. Like Star Wars: JEDI Survivor Order or osmething. Or keep Fallen Order and not the Jedi part. I mean the Dark Forces series went from DF1 to DF2 to DF: Jedi Knight, JK: Jedi Outcast, JOII: Jedi Academy, etc.

Anyway, enough with the title, here's the trailer:

Only available on next gen consoles! Time to upgrade, folks!

#HorrorNEWS Dead Space – Bande-annonce officielle – EA Play Live 2021

So I guess these rumors are now official. EA is going to remake Dead Space, in a world post-Resident Evil 7/8 and the Resident Evil 2/3 Remakes. As expected. EA is only interested once money is a sure thing.

I truly loved and adored the Dead Space series. But EA already destroyed the original developers, Visceral Games, by forcing them to turn Dead Space into this big scifi epic action game with Dead Space 3. Now they're revamping the original The Thing-inspired body horror that was Dead Space 1?? With a new team?

I'm just saying, wait and see. Be cautious. But they should have brought back the original dev team or allowed their key members to return. Reform Visceral Games. And what's the plan with this remake? To remake all 3 games? Make new Dead Space games after that? Or just a one-off thing while Resident Evil's still pretty hot at the moment?

To summarize: like I said, wait and see. I love the series. But it's still being published by EA. Intrusive DLC did annoy me in Dead Space 3... Let's not even go into their whole shaddy business tactics...

#StarWarsNEWS Star Wars: Squadrons – Official Reveal Trailer

After EA's take on the SW Battlefront series (to... controversial results), here's EA's take on the Rogue Squadron games, Star Wars: Squadrons!

I don't wanna discuss micro-transactions in EA games, etc. But.. can't Disney let some other developers make Star Wars games?? I remember a time when we had awesome games one after another, the Dark Forces/Jedi Knight series, Bounty Hunter, Republic Commando, Empire at War, etc. Sigh.. I miss those times...

#StarWarsCelebration 2019 News! A new game, and the return of an older show

At this year's Star Wars Celebration they showed some more of the upcoming Episode 9 film. As well as a first look at the upcoming live action show The Mandalorian.

But for us, internet people, they announced the return of a fan-beloved series as well as a brand new Sw games.

The show is the return of Dave Filoni's Star Wars: The Clone Wars, the actual proper final season, which had been canceled and replaced by Star Wars Rebels when Disney bought the franchise:

Looking great so far! I guess they'll finally tie this older show to the newer Rebels. Specially on Ahsoka's side.

Meanwhile the upcoming game's Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order.

Let's say it right away, it's pretty much this generation's new Force Unleashed. Playing with a Jedi, unlocking force-powers, very cinematic, etc.

Only this one will (also star an actual actor as the main character) feature Ghotam actor Cameron Monaghan as Cal Kestis, a Jedi Padawan who survived Order 66. But llet's just say, he's no Sam Witwer....

The real big news is EA announcing this as a solo-focused game with no micro-transactions, to be honest.

Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order will hit stores November 15 on PS4, Xbox One, and PC.

#E3News Anthem Official Gameplay Reveal

Bioware showed some more footage of their new ip Anthem, which is starting to look more and more like a faux-Mass Effect.

They're now calling it a "shared-world action-RPG". Confirming the RPG elements. And with the footage below we can see the shooting will be quite reminiscent of the ME series. Also some quick interactive "cinematic" dialogues:

Looks gorgeous, if a bit boring and generic. Anthem will release in fall 2018.

#E3News Anthem Official Teaser Trailer

Meanwhile, at EA's conference... nothing much interested me. I mean a new SW Battlefront is good news.

Instead they announced a brand new ip, called Anthem. It's supposedly a sci-fi game with epic combats, deep scifi lore, alien creatures and heroes in combat suits.

Here's the trailer:

No actual footage, so we have no idea what this could really, but....

I dunno why, but with the lackluster reception of Mass Effect: Andromeda, this feels like EA shelving the Mass Effect franchise aside and having another try with a similar concept under a new title.

#GamingNEWS MASS EFFECT: ANDROMEDA – Trailer #2

There's a couple of new trailers out for the upcoming Mass Effect: Andromeda, and I gotta say... it does sound pretty intriguing:

It looks like the game will take place hundred of years after the original Mass Effect trilogy, following a "Pathfinder team" that went missing exploring the andromeda galaxy between ME2 and 3.

I hope this brings me right back into ME, I loved the lore but I never finished ME3 despite hundred of hours in all 3 games separate... Hey, speaking of, I still have to finish 3 before this comes out!

#E3News Day One

Another year, another E3!

Personally I'm not expecting a lot to come off this year's E3. In fact a lot of great titles showed last year haven't exactly come out just yet (looking at The Last Guardian and Mass Effect Andromeda for example). Anyways, let's see what has come out of the show so far...

#DeletedScenes - Star Wars 1313

With the acquisition of Star Wars by Disney the franchise finally got some life brought into it and several new projects were quickly put into motion.

Sadly, some other older ones got shoved aside and finally scrapped for good.

#Gaming NEWS! Mirror's Edge Catalyst story trailer

And while we're at it, here's a trailer for the new Mirror's Edge Catalyst. A story trailer, though:

There seems to be a lot of drama in this game this time. I do miss the less realistic approach of the first game's city and characters. It looks a bit more bland this time.

Well, I loved the first game. Bring it on, DICE!

#Gaming NEWS! Mirror’s Edge Catalyst gameplay

YAAAAY!! EA finally released some news regarding Mirror’s Edge Catalyst.

Here's the first 5 minutes from one of the first missions in the game:

Look at it! It looks gorgeous! I'm kinda sad to see the game's looking slightly more realistic now without the red highlighted interactive features. That made the first game so stylish. But the gameplay is here! And it looks fantastic!

Can't wait! Mirror’s Edge Catalyst will be out in February 2016.
