#Randomz A bunch of vintage classic movie trailers

Remember back when trailers didn't show the entire plot of the films? The latest Terminator film is doing Genisys' problems all over again. The film looked much of the same anyways, despite Cameron behind the production and promoting it.

Here's some fun vintage classic movie trailers I dig.

Die Hard 2 had a fun story behind it actually. They hadn't began shooting anything really, and the script was going through some edits. So really this first teaser trailer was made with the only raw footage they had done at that point:

But it actually works great to tell us the tone and tease Die Hard 2 here.

Similarly the original Terminator 2: Judgment Day got such a great fun and iconic trailer. All original footage. Such an atmosphere established in a single minute:

Sam Raimi's Spider-Man got a fantastic Twin Tower teaser, which then was cut from the film and censored due to the events at the time. And it only now resurfaced, remastered for higher-def:

One last! And despite personally not really liking the film, I always loved the first teaser trailer to Ang Lee's Hulk (2003):

#BestOf the BEN STILLER SHOW - DIE HARD 12: Die Hungry

This is still one of my favorite parodies of all time, a lil' gem of a sketch from short-lived Ben Stiller show:

I'd watch an entire film of Ben Still playing Bruce Willis!

#DoubleFeature - Die Hard: Year One Vol. 1 & 2

Yippee ki yay, comic nerds!

In 2009, in-between no new Die Hard film release, and instead of getting yet another new batch of Die Hard video games, what we got was... a comic book! The very first Die Hard comic adaptation!

#Sketch - The Family Matters Movie

Funny or Die's been in a Kickstarter parody trend, following the success of the Veronica Mars campaign.

Here's an awesome parody sketch featuring Reginald VelJohnson, Family Matters and Die Hard fans will love it no doubt!

VGR Die Hard Trilogy

John McClane thought he could enjojy some quite time, a regular, normal Christmas, eggnog, a fuckin' Christmas tree, a little turkey.
But, nooooo!
What were the odds the same thing would happen to the same guy three times in a row?!

VGR Die Hard (Nes)

One skyscraper. 40 terrorists. A handful of hostages.
And a barefoot cop with very little time. You're John McClane in this NES adaptation of the cult classic movie!

#Sketch - Die Hard 12: Die Hungry

While I'm at it, here's a pretty epic Die Hard parody!
From the long defunct awesome Ben Stiller Show (remember that? back when Stiller used to be funny?)

Somehow, I wish the series could have actually gone to a more parodical self-referential direction like here!
Can you imagine it?

"How can the same thing happen to the same guy so many times" right!

Man, Ben Stiller can make one awesome Bruce Willis impersonation!

In insight, Ben's the one making the same film over and over for money these days (how man "Fockers" and "Night at the Museum" movie are they already?), with all his quirky familial comedies and that.
Well, now there's actually a Die Hard 5 (and 6!) movie coming out to, so who am I kiddin'?!

MR Die Hard with a Vengeance

How can the same thing keep happening to the same guy so many times?
I got no idea.

Well, at least this time he's out in the open not trapped in some dusty air duct. Right?

MR Die Harder

John McClane just seems to be getting stuck in the wrong place at the wrong moment time after time.
But no matter, he'll use his smarts and any means he deem necessary to save the day from terrorists.
