#MovieNEWS OATS STUDIOS Trailer (2017) Neill Blomkamp

Since he won't be making a new Alien film as we all hoped, here's a teaser trailer for Neill Blomkamp's upcoming project. Which might either be a series of film projects for his "OATS STUDIOS" or a compilation film or just some short films. Check this out:

I'm digging that monster already!

UPDATE: Apparently it's an anthology series of shorts. Season 1 is gonna be released for free on Blomkamp's official youtube. Season 2 will be behind a paywall on Steam!

#ShortFilm - Tetra Vaal

Before District 9 and Elysium, there was Tetra Vaal.

One of Neill Blomkamp's short films that will apparently be the inspiration behind this year's Chappie. Check it out, it's well worth a look (plus it's only a minute long)!

#DeletedScene - This scrapped ALIEN project might resurrect one day!

I sure took my sweet time writing this new "DeletedScene" post. I was going to write about how District 9 and Elysium director Neill Blomkamp had pitched once how he would make a new Alien film to 20th Century Fox.. and since then it has actually been greenlighted and officially announced!

But let's back up how it all started.

#Movie NEWS! CHAPPIE Trailer

Check this out!

CHAPPIE is the new original film from District 9 director Neill Blomkamp! It looks pretty interesting (sort of reminds me of Short Circuits) and even has Hugh Jackman on board!

Alright, sounds pretty neat! At least the idea feels fresh enough to make us forget Elysium..
