Bee and PuppyCat is coming back! AWESOME!!

Natasha Allegri’s Bee and PuppyCat is finally coming back to Cartoon Hangover this week. This sequel series is subtitled Lazy in Space. And it looks like much more of the same, which I'm all for!



I hope they release it easier than Bravest Warriors, which was separated accross the interwebz and behind paywalls..

Bee and Puppycat: Lazy in Space premieres on September 26.

#StarWarsNEWS Star Wars Forces of Destiny - First Look

Disney and Lucasfilm just announced an upcoming miniseries of animated shorts - Star Wars Forces of Destiny!

It will revolve around the female heroines of the Star Wars universe! 16 shorts that will be released on youtube, each revolving around different characters from different eras of Star Wars! Including Princess Leia, Padme (finally some prequel love), Rey, Sabine from Rebels, of course Ahsoka from Clone Wars and my current favorite SW leading lady Jyn Erso.

Feels like a big missed opportunity to me… the idea is fun, the concept art and storyboards look great. But the animation really ruins it for me… sigh…

#SDCC 2015 News! VIXEN trailer

Here's the trailer for the "CWSeed" series Vixen!

Which will be in continuity with Arrow and The Flash - but animated!



It will only consist of a 6-episode run of 30-minutes episodes.

And if this works well, CW announced they would be willing to turn this into a full-feature live action show like the rest. (But I imagine they went with the animated route because Vixen's powers are more difficult to represent on screen..) In fact the voice actress was specifically chosen to eventually portray here in live action. And The Flash, Oliver Queen and all the other characters are voiced by their regular CW actors.

This looks nice so far! Count me in! Vixen rocks!

#Yankovic - Goes Face to Face

I've been a huge fan of Weird Al Yankovic...since I remember first going to the Internet over a decade ago~ (more or less)
(well, I remember it clearly, it was "the Dreamcast era", around '99, my first connection to the internet? not with my computer, but with the DC!)

I find out about his parodies - before the 'net? Good luck finding Yankovic-related stuff in Switzerland!!

Anyways, I've been a fan since I discovered his music parodies, his movie UHF, his sketches and finally his fake-interviews!

Aaaah... I miss My Name Is Earl. Easily one of my favorite recent shows from these past couple of years, modern comedy at its finest!
Jason Lee was brilliant as Earl, the show was pretty clever and played with its formula round...

Why did they cancel it so quick? Specially on such a cliffhanger?

The awesome crew at Avengers Assemble the Series put up this fantastic on-going webshow based on Marvel's Mightiest Heroes called simply "Avengers Assemble!".

It's awesome and I'd suggest anyone to give it a look!
