#Random - Arrow's Caity Lotz Parkour

So this is the actress they got on the CW's Arror to portray the Black Canary?

(yes, I'm a few episodes behind)

WOAH!!

BADASS!

This girl is super impressive! I can see why they picked her for the role! I love all the parkour-ysh aspect on the show, I only wish there was more of it (and less drama...)

#Marvel NEWS! Heroes For Hire on Netflix... no, really!

So after kickin' it on the big screen, Marvel finally decided to fight DC Comics on the television.

They are going to launch several original Netflix show - how modern! - all centered all around Hell's Kitchen.

It's going to work as four mini-series, led by a new rebooted live action Daredevil.

Following this main series we will also get a Jessica Jones series, an Iron Fist one and a Luke Cage one (why not simply Heroes for Hire??).

They are already planning multiple arcs over years of programming and it will then all culminate into this TV Network's own take on the Avengers formula with The Defenders, a final mini-series epic.

Let's hope this all actually gets developed, too many ideas are being thrown out left and right. I'll get hyped when we'll first see some footage of all this.

New trailer for

Check it out:

Okay, I admit, there are some bits I liked at the beginning and Sam L Jackson.

But, the rest of the trailer? Just... Ugh. Just... ugh..

#Anime NEWS! Isao Takahata new film

Here's another better, longer and proper look at Studio Ghibli's upcoming film, The Tale of Princess Kaguya based on the classic Japanese legend The Tale of the Bamboo Cutter.

And yes, this is how the film will look like.

They're going for an old paintbrush-style look for this feature. Personally I find it gorgeous!

His first film in 14 years, can't wait!!

#FanFilm Friday - Batman Vs. Superman

The Bat is back!

I'm talking about the one and only.

This time in an appropriately timed Batman Vs. Superman parody!

#Interview - Aziz Ansari on the Late Night with Jimmy Fallon

Here's some pretty funny bits from a recent Late Night Show, promotion for Aziz Ansari's recent latest 3rd stand-up show!

Hilarious!

Also Plum Gig* according to my first find on google, "A really awesome and gratifying job according to Aziz Ansari." - BOY, is the Internet quick to update with new info!

#Movie NEWS! Kiki

Here's a trailer for the live action Kiki's Delivery Service film!

Based on the same books as the Studio Ghibli film was (were I briefly mentioned the upcoming film in my review), it will follow the first two volumes.

Check it out:

Looks nice in those little seconds, if a bit cheesy.

Sure, it doesn't seem to take much from the anime movie is mostly a new adaptation from scratch. But looks decent.

She could use the red bow in her hair, though...

#Ad - Zelda: A Link Between Worlds

Now, this is my kinda Ad!

Watch Zelda designer Eiji Aonuma running from Nintendo PR in New York!

The question is: Will we get another Robin Williams (& daughter Zelda) ad for this new game?

#Gaming NEWS! RAMBO????

Why didn't anyone told me they were making a Rambo videogame??!

And it actually looks pretty nice!

Developed by Poland-based Teyon, the game is simply titled Rambo: The Video Game and will be out early next year for PC, Xbox 360 and PS3.

#DeletedScenes - Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 4

It took about 14 years to finally get a new TMNT movie after Part 3 and that was a CGi animated film, and now another 6 years to get a reboot - but I wouldn't get my hopes up just yet.

Did you know we almost got an actual fourth part back in the 1990s?

Before the release of the 3rd "filler" movie, Eastman & Laird and New Line Cinema had actually started an early production to think about the next film.

The would be-Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 4. And chances are... it would have been pretty weird.

#Movie NEWS! Michael Bay's Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle

Ugh.. if these behind-the-scenes pics give an idea the direction the new Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle will look like, color me worried.

CGi Turtles over motion capture actors/stuntman.
Megan Fox as April O'Neil.
Michael Bay even more involved in the film after the debacle when people find out Bay's company Anchory Bay handling this movie reboot as (and possibly Alien) Ninja Turtles.
Did I say Megan Fox? I repeat. Megan Fox. Ughh..

Plus the recent 2013 Video Game probably gives us an idea what to expect. I still believe it was a video game tie-in that got scrapped/retooled for a digital release. Probably the scrapped look they were going for prior to the whole Alien Turtles-thing.

Why am I not feeling it? Can get a proper film director probably a Joe Johnston or Joe Dante. Someone who has actually already made great successful career (in terms of quality/reception) and who is preferably not on his first/second film.

Just...

Ugh...

#MusicBOX - Still Alive

Here's Jonathan Coulton performing Portal's "Still Alive" with Sara Quin and Dorit Chrysler.

Enjoy!
