Another Japanese Drama, and another favorite of mine.
It also starts the hilarious Nagase Tomoya, this time it's a detective/comedy show.
For comparison, think something along the lines of Castle or Psych.
And the episodes always end up with our hero detective dancing around in his badass white suit:
