Would you know, it's already been 5 years since the original SF4!!!
Time sure flies by...
It's aimed for an early 2014 release date, and not on the upcoming new game systems but for the PS3 Xbox 360 and PC. (no Wii U? Guess Nintendo isn't having the SF series back on their system yet...)
This version will be both available as an updated DLC (if you have the previous Arcade Edition one) and a retail release. They will add 6 "new" stages (repurposed from Street Fighter X Tekken). Why not add like 20 new ones? It would bring a nice change to the game visually... It will also be adding Elena (from SF3), Hugo, Poison, and Rolento (from the Final Fight series) to the game... actually ported over and adapted from SFXT!
Yeah. Why not call it SF4: Final Fight Edition? It's only missing Mike Haggar and you'll have the whole roster! (he was playable in Marvel VS Capcom 3, so...)
And some new costumes, which I hope will be on disc and you won't have to buy them additionally. They will be designed by UDON (from the SF Comics), which hopefully mean they will be more original and better designed this time around.
Yeah... Why am I still a sucker for this series? *willbuyitcheaperlateronebay* Honestly it's only missing one thing...
...this guy! Alex was in Tatsunoko Vs Capcom! Why not bring him back as well?? He was the main character of the SF3 series afterall! Stop sidelining him, Capcom!!! If I want to play Final Fight characters, I'll play a Final Fight game instead!!!

The Martian Manhunter comes as the 5th DLC character in Injustice: Gods Among Us! Still waiting on a complete re-release of the game for that one... (probably around December)
