    BTW, some think that Lapis is Blue Diamond. You think that's true?

      I'm pretty sure that Lapis Lazuli is... well, Lapis Lazuli. Why would she have/need another name? Gems have been pretty straightforward with their names so far.
      Like Jasper was just "Jasper", not orange diamond.

      Maybe "Diamond" is just a tittle for a Homeworld leader? Some think that Rose used to be Pink Diamond. Ronaldo has a theory about something he called the "Diamond Authority" and thare has been this symbol one one of the temples:
