Eyz Blog - out for a week!

Hi gang, gals and guys!

Just a note I'm leaving here.
I'll be away for this next week, so no reviews/news/anything for some days!

In the meantime, you can help me! Promote this blog, give the link here and there, show the way for other people, leave comments, point out ideas, anything really!

There's a FAQ section (check the button-link above, easy find!) in case you have questions or need an e-mail adress.

You can leave feedback, if you check the blog for the comic strips, news or reviews!
I see I already have some people watching the blog, not a lot, but more than what I was expecting since I haven't really been promothing it anywhere! (well, apart from the brief comic-ad on deviantArt I did a while ago)

I'll be back next week with, I hope, more stuff!
I have new reviews in the making (as soon as I finish my Splatterhouse 3 and Resident Evil 4 current playthrough) and some more surprises for ya!

Until next time, see ya~

-Eyz, who will be back in a week or so~

CBR:Quickies The Thing

Here's more comic book reviews!

Mebbe he ain't no Hulk... but what's not to like about Aunt Petunia's favorite nephew?
I mean, Marvel's The Thing of course!

Myself, I've never really been a big fan of the Fantastic Four... dunno why really... Let's just say it "didn't work" with me...
Mister Fantastic's maybe too fantastic, Sue Storm aka the Invisible Woman not that interesting as a character probably and I only liked the Human Torch guest starring alongside or teaming up with Spider-man not as the nervous annyoing FF cool brat...

Anyway, the Thing's always been a favorite of mine, great original character with a great personality.
Let's check out some of the very rare Trade Paperbacks printed about the guy'.

Sonic NEWS! New toys for Sonic fans!

First 4 Figures just announced a new batch of Sonic inaction figures.
And you gotta admit, if you like or hate current Sonic, their figurines are still pretty nifty.

First 4 Figures is a "collectible toys" company. They already made a couple of Sonic figurines and worked with other gaming franchises such as Zelda, Metroid, Assassin's Creed, Gears of Wars, etc..
Their work is pretty professional and I'd say rivals if not beats the competition, Neca, McFarlane Toys and others!

Yes, those are actually on my wall, I like to keep some trophies around.

Movie NEWS! Scott Pilgrim Vs. The Trailer!

Tired of endless Scott Pilgrim related news?!
Well fear not cause..oh..oops..no... You'll have something to fear again...
This is yet another Scott Pilgrim news :P

It seems like Edgar Wright and his team got pretty creative with their brand new trailer for Scott Pilgrim vs. the World... with this interactive Trailer!

RR Firefly

Introducing a brand new type of review!
Now I'll be posting what I wanted to call Random Reviews as well on the blog. What will be these RR you may ask? Well, everything that won't fit the previous categories! TV shows? Cartoons? CD? Etc..etc...

Another Jess Whedon cult classic.
I already reviewed Dr. Horrible in the past!
Firefly may have not been featured in my Favorite TV Shows top list, but it still is one of my favorite scifi shows ever!

The fans will notice something Firefly-sh here :P
Btw, it's my brother's. No, not Knux, the hat is my brother's. Knuckles is just a plush!

I was going to make one of those Quick-Reviews thingies I've done a couple, to review all separate episodes..but I prefered to finally review the series as whole instead.
I may use Quick-Reviews for current on-going shows though...
